For the urgent winter fundraising campaign by German charity initiatives, the goal was to create a video that immediately sparks empathy and drives donations for generators in Ukraine. The objective: to produce a compelling, dramatic call-to-action that cuts through the noise and deeply resonates with the German public, despite severe time and material constraints.

Strategy: Our approach: transform a raw, AI-generated script and scattered, low-resolution ARD news archives into an immersive emotional journey. The narrative needed to rely heavily on audio-visual contrast—dynamically accelerating and decelerating the pace under a dramatic score—to accurately convey the harsh, freezing realities of winter in Ukraine and connect directly with the donor audience.

Solution: We managed the entire production cycle—from research to final cut—in an unprecedented 3-day timeframe (2 days of production, 1 day for revisions). We hand-picked the most impactful archival footage and conducted a rapid live shoot of a real volunteer meeting to ground the video in documentary authenticity. To overcome the severe lack of high-quality assets, we integrated extensive infographics and stylish motion design, elevating the visual narrative and ensuring a professional, high-impact finish.

The Result: A highly emotional, fast-turnaround video that made the reality of the crisis visible and tangible. The narrative we crafted successfully moved the audience to action, helping the charity initiative raise approximately 70% of its €160,000 goal (over €110,000) for winter generators.
